MENTOR WITH PURPOSE
Our mentorship program provides opportunities for SINE mentors to participate in mentoring and intentional networking. The foundation of the mentor experience will be Mentoring Circles, a small group environment where mentors provide guidance and support as members strengthen their social capital while seeking vocational guidance. Mentors will engage with members in topics such as financial planning, professional development, leadership coaching, and civic engagement.

WHAT IT TAKES
- At least two years of professional work experience (open to all industries).
- Ability to meet with mentee(s) at least once a month for 1-2 hours over a 12-month period.
- Passion to give back to help build a stronger community and a more inclusive Oregon
- Attend a 2-hour training before starting the mentoring experience
Is support provided to mentors?
Yes. Beyond the mentor training, tools, resources, and support are provided throughout the mentoring relationship(s) by SINE Mentoring. With support from the SINE community every step of the way, mentors walk alongside mentee(s) as they work to grow in the areas of financial education, professional/leadership development, wealth building and civic engagement.
