The acronym SINE pushes against the founding myth of this country that all people have an equal opportunity to pursue happiness and thrive. Far too many are just trying to survive. In Oregon, depending on where you live or the color of your skin, flourishing is not guaranteed: survival is not enough! We have created a model to ensure that the leaders in our communities will reflect the people who live there.
