Member Close of Year Circle Survey

Your feedback and input is important to us. As a reminder, we ask SINE Members and SINE Mentors to take surveys to provide feedback on the progress and impact of their Circle, and the material being discussed. Each Circle survey centers the core SINE focus areas as well as the cohort building and mentoring relationship. SINE staff reviews responses and will follow up with individuals as needed. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
